Our Planning Package is the perfect match for the bride who wants to be hands on in the initial wedding planning phase of booking vendors, finding her wedding dress, and picking out her venue, but wants to be able to hand over all of the finer details to us! 

 

Our Planning Package includes:

• 1 Hour Rehearsal with Culpepper Designs Coordinator

• 10 Hour Wedding Day with Culpepper Designs Coordinator

• 2 face to face planning sessions

• Wedding Day Timeline creation & distribution to all vendors

• Custom floor plans for reception

• Creation of all coordinating documents

• Wedding checklists, information packets & coordination forms sent to bride

• Correspondence with all vendors starting 2 months out from wedding
